FAQ
Can I extend the session on the day of?
I prefer to be notified at least the day before and for an additional fee.
What kind of gear do you use?
I use a Canon R6 with a 35mm!
If your session will require a special lens, I can rent one!
How long will it take to get my pictures back?
Please give me 3-4 weeks for editing time on a regular session & up to 6 weeks for a wedding.
Do I have to pay a retainer?
Yes, a non-refundable retainer is required to get access to my availability calendar and book. This is to reduce confirming a date, sending out contracts and invoices with no response. This is to insure the client is booking and wants me to hold the selected date.
Do you do payment plans?
Yes! Your deposit is required to look at my calendar & book, but if your session is far enough out, we can set up a payment plan!
Why did your prices increase?
My equipment and software has been tremendously upgraded, along with investment in the occasional education - session cost will go up usually yearly with no notice. If my session cost are out of your budget, please contact me to talk about a payment plan so you can still get the chance to invest in your families story!
Do you travel?
Of course! The first 25 miles are included in each package, after that it is .50 a mile, there and back.
How long do I have to pay the retainer?
Once the invoice is sent I expect the retainer to be paid within 72 hours. If it is not, the invoice will be cancelled and I will not book your session.
